The solution to deal with this error is quite simple. You have to clear information about the proxy. In order to do it follow these steps: Go to Settings Choose Connetions and tap More networks. Select Mobile Network then APN (Access Point Name). Finally, find and tap Clear Proxy option or Reset to Default.
